First Quarter 2009 Downtown Sales Update
Sales have been a little slow the first quarter of 2009, only 8 units selling this year compared to the first quarter of 2008, but with the current economy and tighten lending policies, what can you expect. It does however look like 4th & Court Condominiums are the happening spot right now. The last four sales are theirs.
