The picture you have on the top is actually the Marketplace Lofts. The building just south of this building on 4th are the 4th Street Condos.

Thanks Josh! I updated the photo to reflect the more southern side of the property that has the condos.
I also understand the property’s legal name is “4th & Court Condominiums” but goes by “4th Street Condos”
